We primarily use Royal Mail and orders received before 10am for Tracked 24 service only, otherwise before 1.30pm are shipped the same day (Monday – Friday) excluding bank holidays. We ship according to the service of your choice but all shipping methods are tracked. 

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (Samples Only): £3.49
  • Royal Mail Tracked – average 1 working day but not guaranteed: Free for orders over £50 otherwise £5
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 1pm/Saturday before 1pm: £7.49 / £12.99. 
  • International Tracked (2  – 4 working days): £9.99 
  • International Untracked and Uninsured (5 – 7 working days): £4.99

Products purchased from natureandbloom.com can be returned to us for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt if unused and in their original packaging.

Please contact us immediately at customerservice@natureandbloom.com and we will help make it right. If a product is defective or damaged reasonable return postage costs will be fully reimbursed.
