Question When will my order be delivered?
AnswerOrders received before 10am are shipped the same day via Royal Mail. All orders are sent tracked (excluding product samples which are posted first class).

  • Tracked next working day (on average) delivery: Free for orders over £50 otherwise £5.

Question Will I fail a drugs test by consuming CBD?
Answer

– Drug tests look for THC (the component in cannabis which makes users feel high).
– Nature & Bloom products contain 0% or <0.05% THC
– You can consume Nature & Bloom CBD 0% CBD products without worrying about failing a drugs test. Look on the product detail page for the THC information.
– Nature & Bloom 3rd party CBD test results are available on site (here).

Question What is your returns policy?
AnswerWe want you to love our products which is why we offer a no quibble returns policy.

Products purchased from natureandbloom.com can be returned to us for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt if unused and in their original packaging.
