Leafwell’s clinical team is operational from 8 am Eastern Time to 6 pm Pacific Time. They are open 7 days a week. This is the only timeframe that they guarantee support from their customer service team. 

If you have a question regarding refunds they will review them on a case by case basis. They ask you to reach out to their team at clinic@leafwell.co or support@leafwell.co to discuss refund options. 

They do not offer refunds if an online consultation was completed by their service standards.  For example, if the state denies you but Leafwell approves you, they will not issue a refund.
