You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order if you have changed your mind. Return postage is to be paid by you if you have changed your mind, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return.
All returns must be unopened and re-sellable in the condition you return them to us in. If you have used the product and it is not defective, it cannot be returned.
If you receive a faulty item or any part of your order is defective, you can contact us to replace the items or give you a refund.
Please contact us via email on email@example.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your defective item to facilitate a return to the correct returns depot.
You have another 14 calendar days from the time you inform us of the defect to return the goods to us.
If your order is defective, we will cover the cost of postage to return the item to us.
Cancelling your contract with us
You have 14 calendar days to cancel your contract for the purchase of goods with us from when you place an order.
You will need to write to us with notice of your cancellation via email at the address given below
Note: If you’re cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us, and us to receive it before we can issue a refund.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on products which are used and not defective. All change of mind returns will need to be unopened and as originally received to be valid for return within 14 days of receipt.
