Each gummy is packed with 50mg of CBD and a 2mg THC kicker. That means each 30-count jar contains a whopping 1500mg of CBD goodness, peeps! 

Sourced from Kentucky-grown, USDA organic hemp, it’s awesome to see Cornbread Hemp is committed to sustainable cannabis cultivation. 

Then there’s the fact that these bad boys ship in just 24 hours. Talk about almost instant gratification. 

Now, the dish on taste. You’ve got three flavor options: 

• Watermelon
• Berry 
• Peach

I tried Watermelon. Let’s just say it tasted like sugar-coated heaven. With a mouthwatering watermelon flavor and a consistency that’s not too chewy, these seriously almost melt in your mouth. 

I quickly found the COA on the Cornbread Hemp website (which is full of great information btw) with full-panel third-party lab test results, and the numbers were pretty close. 

Dated 07/19/2023, the COA shows they contain 56.33mg CBD and 1.34mg THC. 

But what about the effects, you ask? Let me tell you this. 

I ate just one of these high CBD low THC edibles on an empty stomach, and I was sailing through my writing gig, all blissed-out and focused for around two hours. 

I also gave some to a buddy who recently had shoulder surgery, and he said it helped him sleep through the pain. 

What Could Be Improved

While I loved the flavor and effects, there are a couple of things I wish were different. 

First, there’s the price. I mean, $49.99 for a 30-count of gummies? At roughly $1.65 per gummy, that’s a bit steep if you ask me. I love these gummies, but my wallet doesn’t.

Now, about the THC content. 2mg is chill, but wouldn’t it be dope if they had options with even more THC? I know a lot of people who would benefit from a 10:1 CBD/THC ratio, still getting that high CBD low THC thing, but with an extra kick.  

And then there’s the packaging. It’s cute in its own simple way, but something more eye-popping could take it to the next level.

So yeah, I’m a big fan, but with a few tweaks here and there, these gummies could be the stuff of legends.

2. Multiflavor Full Spectrum CBD Edibles | Five CBD

What We Like

Let’s start with the fabulous fruity flavors in these sparkling sugar-coated gummies. 

Each container contains a mix of flavors, but here’s where Five CBD shines by actually listing the flavors in each container. These sweet CBD morsels with a hint of THC come in a mixed container of the following flavors:

• Blue Razz
• Berry 
• Lemon 
• Orange

Serious props to FIve CBD for letting consumers know what’s in store in the flavor department. Every single flavor in the container was bursting with sweet, fruity flavor and almost zero hemp aftertaste. 

They arrived at my door in a simple bubble mailer, and the child-proof jar inside came sealed with a foil liner. The jar is perfect for storage as it keeps out moisture and light. 

As for the effects, they were exactly what I’d hoped for. The 5:1 CBD/THC ratio offered the calming effects of CBD and the perfect amount of THC to make for a smooth experience all day. 

The full-panel lab reports also checked out. The most recent COA, dated 07/05/2022, shows each gummy contains 27.04mg CBD and 2.04mg THC. Very close to what’s listed on the label, meaning the effects should be exactly what you expect. 

What Could Be Better

Let’s talk more about those lab reports. Not only were they tricky to get to, but they were dated well over a year ago. 

So, not only did  I have to accept cookies, click on FIve CBD’s Dropbox, then click on the gummies folder, and finally find the right gummies to review, the COAs were way past the six-month cut-off we like to see.  

3. 1000mg CBD Gummy Bears ⎸ CBDMD

What Was Impressive

First off, the taste test. These gummies hit me with deliciousness on the first bite. There’s just a wee bit of hemp aftertaste in these Tropical Twist gummies that took my tastebuds on a tropical getaway.  

Each gummy in the 30-count jar comes packed with 100mg CBD and 2mg THC. Talk about high CBD low THC edibles! 

These gummies come in a jar with a childproof lid that seals them off from tiny, sneaky hands interested in getting a hold of your stash.  

The COA with full-panel third-party lab test results passed with flying colors. Super recent, it’s dated 08/11/2023 and tested at 2.737mg THC and 106.522mg CBD.

As for the effects,  I popped one on an empty stomach and was insanely relaxed. I mean, I was in such a state of Zen I actually watched an entire baseball game with my fam. And I can’t stand baseball. 

The tranquility was no quick tease, either. The effects lasted a good 3.5 hours. But be warned, just one gummy made me pretty sleepy. It makes sense, seeing that higher CBD doses are shown to be beneficial for sleep. 

What Could Be Improved

So, let’s talk about a few things that could be improved because no high CBD low THC edible is flawless, right?

First off, the price point is somewhat steep at $59.99. Yah, it’s not exactly what I  call pocket-friendly.

They’re all called “tropical twist” but what does that even mean? Are we talking pineapple? Mango? A splash of coconut? 

Yes, they were a tropical tasty treat, but the guessing game gets old really fast. I wish CBDMD specified flavors like Five CBD.

Now, you’d think with that price tag, you’d at least get a QR code that leads you directly to the COAs. Nope! I had to actually input the batch number manually, which is on the bottom of the package. 

This means no online COA access before you buy. Honestly, CBDMD, you could do much better.  

4. Full Spectrum CBD Gummies | Joy Organics

What Was Impressive

The gummies are packaged neatly in a child-proof, dark opaque jar with a pretty pink label that contains all the information you need about the product. I love not double-checking the website for ingredients or suggested use instructions. 

As far as effects, I felt calm and collected from morning until lunch after taking one of these on an empty stomach in the morning with my coffee.

Seriously, I didn’t lose an ounce of energy or have a hard time staying task-oriented. It honestly felt like I had more energy than usual and it was easier to focus on the little things. 

There’s an easy-to-find link to the full-panel COA on the product page. Just click on the link, scroll to the product, open it up, and find Joy’s in-house labs (dated 07/07/2023) and third-party lab reports (dated 06/25/2023). 

The COA for these high CBD low THC edibles shows each gummy contains 27.6mg CBD and 1.36mg THC. So the effects should match perfectly with what is promised on the label.

Joy Organics’ commitment to quality and transparency is definitely impressive. 

What Could Be Improved

Let’s start with the aroma and taste. When I opened the jar, I was seriously surprised to smell such a medicinal aroma and just a touch of the lemonade tang I was expecting. 

The flavor was about the same. For something called Sour Raspberry Lemonade, I was ready for some sour summer taste explosion. But it was super medicinal and super hempy. Like chewing on a nug hempy. 

Then there’s the texture. Grainy is a great word to describe it. And for such a recent COA, these gummies didn’t seem so fresh.  

That said, the light coating of sugar on the outside did little to help smooth out the experience. 

The label also lacks a QR code for the third-party lab reports. This means the only way to access COAs is to search the website and find the COA page manually.. 

5. 25MG CBD 5MG THC Gummies | CBDFx

What Was Impressive

Let’s get right to it.

Before even trying one of these firm red gummies, the mouthwatering aroma had me hooked. I was eager to see if the taste would match how these gummies smelled. 

Let’s just say it didn’t, which I’ll discuss below when I dish out what I think could be better. 

As far as the effects, I’d say they were smooth and satisfying. With 25mg CBD and 5mg THC, I didn’t expect to get too high. And I didn’t. Just calm, cool, and collected as I easily went about my workday. 

Speaking of getting high, CBDFX also offers a 25mg CBD and 10mg THC version of the same gummy. So those interested in a bit of a buzz might find them a great option. Who doesn’t love options? 

I like that the link to the full-panel tested COA is just right there on the product page, super easy to find. Also appreciate the QR code on the packaging that took me straight to the lab reports. 

And there are actually several lab reports, dating from the most recent to the oldest. The latest, dated 09/28/2023, shows 25.22mg CBD and 5.13mg THC per gummy. Nicely done, CBDFX.  

Lastly, I think the 60-day money-back guarantee is awesome. Talk about confidence in your products and putting the customer first. 

What Could Be Improved

Well for starters, the jars are transparent, meaning light can get in and cause the gummies to degrade more quickly. 

To maintain shelf-life, you’ll need to be thoughtful about where you store them. 

Now, that flavor I mentioned. While they smelled amazing, the taste was very medicinal. 

I would have enjoyed it more with a sweet sugar coating to soften it up. The berry flavor was there but overpowered with a strong cannabis aftertaste.

6. Full Spectrum Sleep Gummies | Medterra CBD

What Was Impressive

Let’s start with the scent. The smell of these gummies was deliciously nostalgic, instantly reminding me of mouthfuls of bubble gum tape.. 

They were also super freshwith a chewy texture. 

Designed to support sleep with 25mg CBD, 2mg THC, and 3mg melatonin, I took one about 30 minutes before bed and fell asleep quickly. I was not groggy, or sedated, but drifted off fast when my head hit the pillow.

I also like the choice of  20-count, 40-count, and 60-count sized jars, and a subscribe and save option that saves almost $10 a jar. 

What Could Be Improved

If you have curious kids, keep in mind these do not come in child-proof containers. This can make storage a bit of a concern for parents. 

The smell promised a mouthful of juicy berry flavors, but the taste of cannabis completely overpowered the berry flavor. 

I didn’t enjoy eating them at all and wanted to take a drink of water after chewing themup. 

The COAs are stored in a Dropbox folder, meaning extra work to access them. 

But here’s the real kicker.I couldn’t find a report that exactly matched the product and batch number I had, leaving me to question the potency and safety of the product I tried. 

I wish they would put a link directly to the corresponding report on the product page to help me access the right report every time. 

7. 25MG CBD 2.5MG D9 Edible | Joy Organics

What Was Impressive

Again, I love the dark opaque, childproof jars  Joy Organics uses. They’re great for storage and the labels are brightly-colored and attractive. 

Then, there are the different strength options. Each gummy contains a standard 25mg CBD, but you can choose from 2.5mg, 5mg, and 10mg THC.

The flavor variety options include Blackberry Lime (10mg), Cherry Lime (5mg), and Beach Flavor Mixed (5mg). 

It’s all about those options, you know? 

The effects were solid. I sampled the 2.5mg THC option, and didn’t feel high in the slightest. I do have a decent tolerance, though. I’m curious about the 10mg option. 

But for a high CBD low THC edible, I think the 2.5mg is perfect. 

The COA results showed 31 mg of CBD and 3.06 mg of D9 THC. I didn’t have to worry about unnecessary stress throughout the day because they helped me relax.

What Could Be Improved

As cute as the packaging is, the gummies inside are underwhelming once opened. 

The Beach Chill Delta 9 THC gummies I got to try were hard round disks that seemed dry and smelled slightly dusty. 

When I squeezed one in my fingertips it collapsed instead of squishing like a marshmallow and bouncing back to its original shape. 

The flavor of the gummies was okay, but the aftertaste hit hard and was unenjoyable. After swallowing the gummy, it felt like perfume was in my mouth for a while. 

Again, there is no QR code on the jar to take you directly to a COA. On the product web page, you can go to the list of COAs and find the right product name and picture for your product.

What Was Impressive

Let’s just start with the fact these super tasty gummies are made with live rosin instead of your standard extract. What’s so great about live rosin? 

It’s considered the purest of the pure when it comes to extracts. Produced using freshly frozen cannabis in a solventless extraction process, live rosin is a terpene and cannabinoid-rich extract coveted by cannabis connoisseurs. 

I like the airtight jar that keeps these gummies fresh, and the labeling is simple and clean. 

Now for the eye-candy appeal of these CBD THC gems. These gummies were the prettiest ones of all I tried for this review. Each pink square was covered in sparkling sugar. 

Then there’s the taste that was just as perfect as their appearance. The flavor was just like sour watermelon with zero medicinal aftertaste. I had to stop eating them because they tasted so good. 

Consider yourself warned. It could be easy to overdo it on these gummies just for the taste alone. 

Then there’s the effects. While mild, I expected it with just 10mg CBD and 5mg THC. But just one gummy made me feel noticeably relaxed without any other side effects. 

I would eat them again just because of the enjoyable flavor.

And I couldn’t find a link on the website to take me to a COA. The QR code on the packaging did, but not directly to the gummies themselves. I had to find them on the list of products first. 

If Evn had stepped up their third-party lab testing and COA game, they would’ve been much closer to the top of this list. 

The Final Verdict: High CBD Low THC Gummies
