Question What is CBD?
AnswerNot surprisingly this is the most common CBD FAQ!

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychotropic compound found abundantly in hemp. CBD does not get you high, and has been declared safe by the World Health Organisation.

Question How do I know how strong of a product I should buy?
AnswerThere isn’t a straight answer for this CBD FAQ

This requires a little trial and error, and starting on the lower end of the spectrum is usually the best way to find what works for you.  If you are looking at the CBD oils, you can find the milligram amount per drop on the product pages.

CBD concentration is related to your own personal dosage, your ‘sweet spot’ for dosing, influences how strong of a product you should buy.

If you do not know your perfect dosage amount yet (it’s a journey we all go on don’t worry), then start on the weaker one first and see how you get on after 4-6 weeks of using it.

Question How much CBD oil should I take?
AnswerEveryone responds differently to CBD and what works for us might not work for you. Instead, we suggest starting low and slow, with a few drops under the tongue a day, increasing it incrementally and assessing how you feel.

Question I am confused, does % CBD content dictate the strength?
AnswerAnother popular CBD FAQ!

The percentage of CBD content has historically been quoted on CBD oil, but it’s rather confusing as percentage dictates just that, what percentage of the bottle is CBD extract.

This can flex with bottle size, i.e the same actual milligram content of CBD can be different percentages, depending on bottle size. Where a smaller bottle size is automatically going to be a higher percentage CBD content then a larger one, just due to how much you can fit in a bottle!

This all sounds a little confusing, we know. Instead, just look at how many milligrams a bottle contains, and importantly how much CBD content is in each drop is an oil.

We list all of this information on the product detail page, and include information on the bottle.

Question How does CBD work with the body?
AnswerYou might be amazed to hear near every living thing (well anything with a vertebrate), has a system to process and produce its own cannabinoids.

Known as the endocannabinoid system, it is directly responsible for processing plant cannabinoids (for example CBD) and even producing our own internal cannabinoids, to help maintain homeostasis.

Question When will my order be delivered?
AnswerAll orders are shipped for free, and orders received before 12pm are shipped the same day!

All orders are sent tracked (excluding product samples which are posted first class) via first class recorded delivery or tracked 24 service by Royal Mail. Our free tracked service usually delivers the next working day, but if you need your order guaranteed for the next working day, please select the special delivery option (which is chargeable).

Question Will I fail a drugs test by consuming CBD?

– Drug tests look for THC (the component in cannabis which makes users feel high).
– Nature & Bloom products contain 0% (non-detectable levels of) THC (tested to <0.005% THC).
– You can consume Nature & Bloom CBD 0% CBD products without worrying about failing a drugs test. Look on the product detail page for the THC information.

Question What is your returns policy?
AnswerWe want you to love our products which is why we offer a no quibble returns policy.

Products purchased from Nature & Bloom can be returned to us for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt if unused and in their original packaging.

Question Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the following countries:

UK, EU, Switzerland, Cyprus, USA.

Any applicable customs duties are paid by the customer as levied.

If your country isn’t listed please drop us a note, we are actively expanding our shipping countries and would be happy to discuss shipping our products to you if we can!

Question What payment methods do you accept?
AnswerWe accept major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Alll payments are secured using SSL 256 bit encryption.

Note – if paying via American Express you will be re directed off site to complete the payment through the payment processor, this is normal.

Question Do you have wholesale/distributor pricing available?
